Kirby Fill Tube Only - Upright G3-DE Smaller Inner Diameter. Hose

Part 190399 is the crushproof snap fill tube for the Generation series Kirby uprights, and it is the smaller inner diameter version, so check which your machine takes before ordering. It fits the Generation 3, G4, G5, GSix, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition and Sentria.

The tube's job is to carry debris from the fan outlet into the bag, and crushproof construction is what stops it collapsing where it bends. Even so, plastic of this age hardens and eventually splits, usually at a flex point or where a collar grips it. From that moment air escapes before it reaches the bag, so the machine loses suction and fine dust starts appearing inside the outer cloth bag.

This is the tube only, without the em-tor. Seat both collars fully when fitting; a tube left half engaged behaves exactly like a cracked one.
