This is the rear roller wheel from a Filter Queen power nozzle, the one at the back of the head that carries its weight and lets it track straight as you push. It is listed for the Filter Queen 88 power nozzle, and the same wheel is used on the model 96.
Wheels die quietly. Grit packs into the axle until the wheel stops turning and starts sliding, or it wears a flat spot and the head thumps once per revolution. A seized rear wheel drags on hard floors and leaves marks behind it, and on carpet you feel it as extra push effort that most people blame on the brush roll.
Change both rear wheels together so the head sits level and rolls evenly. One new wheel next to a worn one keeps the nozzle tilted and wears the new one unevenly.
