    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The 35-foot low voltage hose kit with TK286 pairs a 35-foot low-voltage central vacuum hose with a full set of cleaning tools for whole-house use. The low-voltage hose lets you switch the system on and off from the handle while you move room to room.

    A hose on its own leaves gaps in what a central system can clean, from bare floors to upholstery to tight corners. This kit gathers the wand, floor and detail tools, and a turbo carpet head so one inlet handles every surface.
