Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 520-10 is 40 feet of PVC central vacuum pipe supplied as ten 4-foot tubes. MD publishes the tubing at 2 inches outer diameter and manufactured to ASTM standard F2158.

Four-foot lengths are easier to handle than a full 8 or 10-foot stick when pipe has to be fished through stud bays and around framing in a finished wall, and MD lists this size for installation work, repairs, relocating or adding a valve, and running an exhaust line. Because these are ten separate tubes rather than one continuous run, order extra couplings to join them together.
