The friction-fit curved end on this 50-foot ultralight hose pushes onto a compatible 1-3/8 inch wand without a locking button, making tool swaps a quick push-and-pull rather than a press-and-release. It shares the same reduced-weight wall and light gray finish as the button-lock version of this hose, just with the simpler end fitting (part 30301F).

Over a 50-foot run, the ultralight wall is noticeably easier to manage than a standard-weight hose, especially when you are dragging it up a staircase or around several rooms in one pass. The crushproof corrugation holds its shape when the hose gets pinched under a door or rolled over by a piece of furniture, keeping the air channel from collapsing and choking suction mid-clean.
