SEBO AIRBELT Retaining Clip...

Product details
Item 22 on SEBO's AIRBELT D sheet belongs to a part nobody considers until the belt around their canister starts to sag. That item is the AIRBELT clip, ordered as 8034GS and moulded in gray black for the AIRBELT D1 Turbo and the D4 Premium.
Read the drawing in sequence and the build explains itself. Textile at item 20, foam bumper 8033UL at 21, clip at 22. Foam supplies the cushion, the fabric faces it, and the clips pin the run down onto the shell so it stays flush and square along the side of the machine. Every meeting with a door casing or a chair leg sends shock through those clips, which is why they split at the tab, lose their bite, or let a length of belt stand away from the body. A belt standing away buzzes as the canister is pulled, and the padding stops sitting where the impact lands.
On a machine with years behind it, more than one is usually worth ordering. Every clip along the run has done the same duty, so a single break normally means its neighbours are not far behind, and a gap in the line loads the fixings either side of it harder than they were meant to be loaded.
