We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Type C-18 micro-allergen cloth bags come in a 4-pack for Panasonic canister vacuums and fit the MC-CG885 and model 2420. The cloth media is designed to trap fine dust, pollen, and allergens more effectively than standard paper, which suits households sensitive to airborne particles.

As a bag approaches full, airflow through the cloth drops and suction begins to fade, so changing it on time keeps both pickup and filtration high. A fresh C-18 bag restores full airflow and strong allergen capture.
