Part 100101 is ProTeam's replacement sleeve for its aluminum wands. The sleeve sits at the wand's coupling and gives the contact surface that holds a tool attachment in place, so it is the piece doing the gripping when a floor tool or a crevice tool is pushed onto the wand end.
