Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

MD lists part 402AA as the VacShield antimicrobial build of its Axis hard floor brush, alongside 402A in grey and 402AB in black. The Axis is the swivel-neck tool in MD's line: a 90-degree swivel neck keeps the 13 inch head flat on the floor however you turn the wand, which is what lets it follow you around furniture instead of fighting you.

MD publishes the head as 13 inches wide and 3-3/4 inches high, with a castle-cut bristle edge on the front, back and sides so it picks up along more than one axis, and it says the brush works into spaces as narrow as 5 inches. It is a hard floor tool by design, rated by MD for tile, wood, marble, cork and bamboo. VacShield is the antimicrobial coating MD applies inside and out, including the bristles, and it rates that coating for up to about a year depending on use and wear.
