SEBO Swivel Neck Support Axle for ET-1 and ET-2 Power Heads

Every change of direction is absorbed by the neck joint between wand and power head. Part 2928 is the axle the swivel neck supports turn on, drawn at position 126 on SEBO's ET-1/ET-2, DART and FELIX parts sheets, sitting one number along from the neck switch wiring that runs through the same joint.

Wear here is felt rather than seen. The head starts to lag behind the handle, flops at the end of a stroke, or refuses to follow into a turn at all. The right and left supports the shaft passes through are listed separately as 2311 and 2312 at positions 123 and 124, and they wear in step with it, so put a thumb on both and check for play while the joint is open. If the swivel also feels notchy rather than merely loose, the six-piece metal segment set 2950ER and the swivel neck bearing 2954 are the next two items on the same sheet worth inspecting. Disconnect the machine from the outlet before disturbing anything that carries power down into the head.
