SEBO Back Cover for the TS-...

Product details
Behind the TS-neck joint sits a molded panel that caps the back of the head. Part 2947GS is that panel in gray black, shaped to the housing contour and drilled for the original screws, so the head goes back together without packing or shimming anything into place.
SEBO's power head diagram numbers the cover 115, and the FELIX sheet uses the same number, immediately after the swivel neck wiring at 114 and just before the metal segment set at 116. Panels crack where they get gripped during a wand change, or when the head is tipped hard against a stair nose. Once broken, the opening lets dust reach the neck hardware and the joint loses some of its stiffness, so the head feels less planted underfoot. Replacing the cover is a screwdriver job with the head on the bench, and it is the right moment to look at the segments and slide inside the same joint.
