Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This cloth bag clamp strap, part 196514S, secures the outer cloth bag to Kirby uprights from the Generation 3 through the Generation 6, the Ultimate G, the Diamond Edition, and the Sentria. The strap is what clamps the cloth bag in position on the machine so it stays where it belongs rather than hanging loose.

A broken or missing strap lets the cloth bag sag, twist, or pull away from where it should sit. The bag then catches on furniture and doorframes as the machine is moved, and the fabric starts wearing at the point it is being dragged from rather than at the point it was built to carry from.
