A grey line of dust tracking the bag door edge, or a canister quietly pulling less than it used to, is usually the gasket and not the bag. Part 8130 is the bag cover seal SEBO specifies for the D1 Turbo and the AIRBELT D4 Premium, given as item 34 of the AIRBELT D parts diagram.
It runs right round the mouth of the bag chamber and is compressed flat by the cover on every latch. Years of that cycle, with warmth off the motor on top of it, leave the material hard and permanently set, so it no longer expands back into the joint. Air then finds the gap an easier route than the floor tool, and suction and filtration give ground together. The two symptoms tend to arrive as a pair: dust marking the door edge, and a nozzle that needs a second pass over ground it has already covered.
Note that the AIRBELT D drawing carries three separate seals whose captions sit close enough to catch people out. This one, around the door, is item 34. Microfilter seal 8065ER is item 3, over on the exhaust side of the machine. Motor inlet seal 8009 is item 11, inside the motor bay. Order against the item number rather than the wording and the right one arrives first time.
