SEBO's AIRBELT D drawing names this part twice over at position 36: bag cover, D4, onyx, black. It is the printed outer panel over the dust bag chamber of a D4 Premium, ordered as 8005SWER.
Nothing on a canister is opened as often, and between openings the panel collects knocks from door frames and chair legs. Cracks running out from the latch, scratches through the printing and a dulled finish are ordinary after some years in service. A cover that no longer latches cleanly is the one worth acting on, because the bag compartment relies on the panel pulling down onto its seal.
Behind it sits a small assembly SEBO lists piece by piece. The cover seal is 8130 at position 34, the release with axle and spring is 8114ER, and the gray black insert is 8129GS. The bag indicator with its spring is 7020ER, adjusted by 8127ER at position 33. On this model the complete inner section is 8051AM4, which SEBO builds from 8114ER, 8129GS, 7020ER, 8127ER, 8130, the wired hose neck 8079ER, screw 01036 and 8093, so it is worth comparing the two orders before deciding how deep to go.

One practical note on fitting: the cover hangs on the axles that come with the top casing kit, listed on their own as 6750ER, with the hinge pair 8052ER.
