SEBO Bag Indicator Adjuster...

Product details
An indicator claiming full on a bag fitted last week, or showing clear on one packed hard, has lost its reference rather than its sensor. The adjuster behind that reading is 8127ER, supplied with hardware, covering the AIRBELT D1 Turbo and the D4 Premium and drawn as item 33 on the AIRBELT D sheet.
What the adjuster does is set the datum the gauge reads against, so that the pressure drop across a filling bag registers at the right place on the scale. Wear in the part, or fixings that have slackened over the years, let the datum wander, and from then on the needle keeps moving without meaning much. That is more than a cosmetic complaint. A bag run well past its point strangles airflow and makes the motor work harder for less, while one binned early throws away a bag with plenty of life still in it.
The numbers on either side show where it lives. Item 31 is the wired hose neck, item 34 the cover seal 8130, item 35 the inside cover complete. That whole run is the front wall of the bag chamber. The adjuster is also built into both complete inner covers, 8051AM1 and 8051AM4, so anyone fitting a full panel already has a new one and does not need this in addition.
- Order code: 8127ER
- Machines: AIRBELT D1 Turbo, AIRBELT D4 Premium
- Drawing reference: AIRBELT D sheet, item 33
- Comes with: its fixing hardware
- Packed inside: inner bag covers 8051AM1 and 8051AM4
- Change it when: the gauge reads full early, never reaches full, or drifts between bags
With the chamber open, look at cover seal 8130 as well. A leak at the door alters the very pressure this adjuster is calibrated against, so a hardened gasket produces the same complaint and is worth ruling out in the same visit. People search this as a SEBO bag indicator adjuster, an AIRBELT D bag full gauge part or a D4 Premium indicator adjustment. Genuine SEBO from an authorized dealership, moving inside a 2 to 5 business day window.
