Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement bag support (Part #13-1126-5) fits the Koblenz U510 upright and reference number 1311265. The support is the frame that holds the outer cloth dust bag in position on the machine so it fills and empties as intended.

When a bag support cracks or bends, the cloth bag sags, seals poorly, and lets dust escape back into the room while suction fades. Fitting a sound support returns the bag to its proper shape and keeps collected dirt where it belongs.
