Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Designed for the Koblenz U75 and U80 uprights, this replacement base assembly (Part #13-2883-01-8, ref 7827) forms the lower housing that carries the nozzle and floor-facing components.

A cracked or warped base lets air leak along the floor, adds rattle, and pulls suction away from the cleaning path. Fitting a solid base restores the sealed airflow route so the machine draws dirt efficiently.

  • Function: lower housing base for the nozzle assembly
  • Benefit: reseals airflow for full pickup
  • Tip: transfer wheels and hardware from the old base as you swap it
