The Beam Model 4500A (2025) is a Hybrid central vacuum power unit engineered for large estates and light commercial spaces up to 20,000 square feet. It uses two 6.6" Lamb two-stage bypass (B/P) motors on a 240V supply to produce an exceptional 1,354 air watts of combined power.
The twin-motor design can be wired for two cleaning profiles: in series it delivers 136.7 CFM at 254" of water lift for maximum suction over long tubing runs, while in parallel it provides 273.4 CFM at 149.2" of water lift for high-airflow cleaning. Despite its output, the unit runs at a manageable 72 dB and draws 14.6 max amps.
