Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Beam metal inlet valve brings a premium look to a central vacuum installation with its solid satin brass faceplate, a refined alternative to standard plastic inlets in entryways, kitchens, and other visible locations. The low-voltage contacts switch the central vacuum power unit on when the hose is inserted, so the system starts automatically without a separate switch.

Designed as a universal low-voltage fit, this inlet works with standard central vacuum rough-in plates and tubing, and its traditional 3/8-inch thick faceplate gives the door a substantial, quality feel. The metal construction resists cracking and wear far better than plastic, holding up to years of daily hose insertions.
