Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine wand assembly with cord is an OEM replacement for the Beam Imperial Power Nozzle, pairing the wand with its integrated power cord in one part. It fits Beam CV195F and Imperial, Eureka 6877B, and Sanitaire SP6952A, connecting the hose to the power nozzle.

A wand that has cracked at a fitting or whose internal cord has frayed can cut power to the nozzle and interrupt cleaning. Keeping a complete wand-and-cord assembly ready lets you replace a damaged wand and restore both reach and power delivery at once.
