Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Koblenz bellows (Part #12-0645-7) is a replacement air passage component for Koblenz U310 bag and dirt cup models, cross-referenced to Koblenz 2505. The flexible bellows carries the airstream between sections of the vacuum while allowing the housing to flex and seal.

When a bellows cracks, splits, or hardens, air leaks at the joint and suction at the nozzle drops. Installing a sound bellows re-establishes a sealed air path so the full airstream reaches the dirt cup or bag.
