Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell brush roll (Part #160-6774) is the replacement agitator for PowerGlide Lift-Off upright vacuums. The brush roll spins along the floor nozzle, sweeping and lifting embedded dirt, dust, and pet hair out of carpet so the vacuum's suction can carry it into the dirt bin.

  • Fits: Bissell PowerGlide Lift-Off upright vacuum models 2763T, 24638, 9182, 9182W, and 9182R
  • Type: Direct-fit replacement brush roller assembly
  • Role: Provides the rotating bristle agitation that deep-cleans carpet and area rugs

Brush rolls naturally wear out as bristles flatten and as hair and string wrap around the bearings, which weakens pickup and can strain the belt and motor. Installing this fresh brush roll restores strong agitation and edge-to-edge cleaning. Trim away tangled fibers periodically to keep the roller spinning freely and protect the drive belt.
