Genuine Bissell handle release detent pedal with spring (Part #203-2184), the foot-operated pedal that unlocks the handle so you can recline an upright vacuum from its upright park position and lay it back for cleaning. The included spring returns the pedal and keeps the detent engaged so the handle locks securely when standing.
