Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine dirt tank assembly (Part #163-9529) is the bagless dust cup for the Bissell PowerForce upright vacuum. The dirt tank collects and holds the dust, hair, and debris pulled in during cleaning, and a cracked tank, broken release latch, or failed bottom-empty door causes suction to drop and dust to escape. Swapping in a fresh tank restores the sealed collection chamber the vacuum relies on.

This complete assembly is a direct-fit replacement that clicks into the PowerForce body in place of a worn original, installing without tools.
