Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Bissell upper cyclone assembly with handle is the top section of the vacuum's cyclonic separation system, combined with the integrated carry handle. The cyclone stage spins incoming air to fling dust and debris out of the airflow and down into the dirt tank, which is what lets a bagless Bissell maintain suction as the bin fills.
