Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The black handle grip (Part #1264353-02) is a replacement grip for the Wessel Werk low-voltage handle, made for the Wessel Werk 1318. The grip is the part you hold to steer and control the vacuum, giving a comfortable, secure connection at the top of the wand or hose.

A worn, cracked, or broken grip makes the vacuum uncomfortable to guide and can loosen your control over the tool. Replacing the grip promptly restores a secure, ergonomic hold.
