The bottom casing occupies position 1 of SEBO's exploded AIRBELT D drawing, annotated there as being supplied with item 2, the complete castor set 8086GS. This is that casing in black for the AIRBELT D4 Premium, part number 8001SWER, and it also carries the post-motor filter seal 8065ER shown at position 3.
A canister that rocks, leans into one corner or grumbles as it is towed has usually broken something in its base rather than in its running gear. Castor stems seize, swivels lose their freedom, and the plastic around a wheel mount cracks after enough curbs and stair edges. At the same time, the seal that closes the post-motor filter chamber underneath goes hard with heat and stops sealing, which lets exhaust air whistle out at the joint instead of passing through the filter.
Ordering the shell complete deals with all three at once. With the base off, the surrounding parts are easy to check: the post-motor filter holder 8084ER sits at position 5, the filters are supplied together as Filter Set D 8191AM, the foam bumper is 8033UL at position 21 and the gray black AIRBELT clip is 8034GS at position 22.
