Part AC70RBBRZU01 is the bottom plate marked brush "a" for the Panasonic MC-V7407. It closes the underside of the nozzle around the brush roll, and the gap it holds between itself and the floor is what turns motor suction into pickup.
Bottom plates crack where the clips sit and wear thin along the leading edge, particularly on machines used over tile and thresholds. A warped or broken plate stops holding that gap consistently: the head sits unevenly, air spills in at the damage instead of drawing through the carpet, and pickup falls off across part of the width rather than all of it.
With the plate off you have clear access to the brush roll — pull the hair collars from both ends and check the belt before closing it back up.
