Part 7215-X is the bottom plate for the Turbo Cat T-210, the moulded panel that closes the underside of the tool around the brush roll and sets how much of the brush is exposed to the carpet.

Bottom plates wear from the outside in. They scuff thin against carpet and hard floor, the edges chip, and the tabs that hold the plate flat break off so it rattles or sits proud. When the plate no longer holds its shape, the brush stops meeting the pile at the right depth and the tool leaves behind what it used to clear in one pass.

It is listed for the T-210 and, in our fitment data, the Turbo Cat 7205. With the plate off, clear the wound-on hair from the ends of the brush roll and check the belt before refitting.
