The brush cartridge from the Bissell SpotLifter PowerBrush portable carpet cleaner, part 2032514. It holds two red bristle rolls that turn together against the fabric, and it is supplied singly, one cartridge per pack.

Those twin rolls are what separates a PowerBrush from a plain spot extractor: they work the solution into the pile so the suction has something loosened to lift. Bristles blunt and splay with use, and when they do the machine starts leaving a shadow of the stain behind and needing several passes over ground-in marks. If the brushes look visibly worn, or one row has stopped turning cleanly, a fresh cartridge brings the scrubbing action back.

It fits the SpotLifter PowerBrush 1716 and its variants 1716B, 1716D, 1716H, 1716R, 1716T, 17164 and 17169.
