Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The brush cover (part #107407577) is a replacement housing cover for the Advance GU-12 commercial upright vacuum. It closes over the brush roll, holding it in position while shielding the drive area from debris and impact.

A cover that cracks or breaks its mounts lets the brush roll shift and exposes the internals to dirt, which costs cleaning contact and wears the drive. A sound replacement cover restores proper brush roll alignment and keeps the nozzle sealed.
