Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These brush holder retainer screws (part #104496, 4 pack) secure the brush roll holder on ProTeam ProForce upright power nozzles. Each screw anchors the retainer that keeps the brush roll seated and turning true.

When a screw goes missing or strips out, the retainer loosens and the brush roll wobbles or drops out of position, which costs cleaning contact and can damage the belt or bearings. A matched set of screws locks the retainer back down for secure, rattle-free operation.

  • Fits: ProTeam ProForce 1200XP, 1200XP HEPA, 1500, 1500XP, 1500XP HEPA, 1500XP New Style, and ProCare 15XP
  • Quantity: 4 screws per pack
  • Function: Fasten the brush roll holder and retainer
