Product details

Deeper-groove roller brush for the Bissell PowerLifter Pet 1309, part 1609124. This is the redesigned version, and it only fits machines with a date code before 14039101E. Check the code on the bottom of your vacuum before ordering, because later machines take a different roller.

Getting that right matters more here than on most parts. The groove depth sets how the belt sits, so the wrong roller will either throw the belt or run it slack, and the brush turns weakly or stops the moment it meets carpet.

Assuming the date code matches, this is the part to fit when the PowerLifter has stopped agitating: bristles worn flat, tracks left behind on a second pass, or a roller that no longer spins freely with the base plate off. Clear the hair from both end caps before the new one goes in.
