Two different brush motors have driven the ELECTRONIC 370 and the ET-C power head over the years, and they do not share carbons. Part 0512/1 belongs to the earlier of the pair, the 2241ER fitted before 2001.

This motor turns the agitator rather than the fan, so worn carbons show up at the floor and never in the airflow. The roller hesitates on start-up, slows or stalls in deep pile, cuts out when the machine is worked hard, and eventually stops altogether while suction through the hose stays exactly as it always was. Fits the SEBO ELECTRONIC 370 and the ET-C power heads.
