Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 210R is a carbon motor brush covering a wide family of Lamb Ametek central vacuum motors. One brush design fits all of the following Lamb Ametek motor models: 115923, 116764, 116472, 116471, 116512, 116513, 116565, 116566, 116763, 119512, and 119953.

Because carbon brushes wear down with every hour of run time, MD Central Vacuum advises checking them every couple of years. When the carbon block measures 3/16 of an inch or less, it is time to replace — fresh brushes keep current flowing cleanly to the armature and protect the motor from arcing damage.
