Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 211G is the replacement carbon motor brush for Lamb Ametek vacuum motors 119400, 119402, 119412, and 119413. Its carbon block measures 1-1/8 inches long by 1/4 inch wide by 7/16 inch high — compare those dimensions with your old brush to confirm the match before installing.

One note on fitment: an older power unit could have shipped with a different motor entirely, so identify the motor model number itself rather than going by the power unit's age or badge. Once confirmed, the maintenance schedule is simple — check the brushes every couple of years and replace once the carbon wears to 3/16 of an inch.
