Returns & Exchanges

Replacement carbon motor brush for the Lamb Ametek 119631 vacuum motor — SKU 210C from MD Central Vacuum. If your central vacuum power unit runs a 119631 motor and has started sparking, cutting out, or losing power, worn carbon brushes are the usual suspect, and this is the correct brush to restore it.

Brushes wear gradually as the motor runs. MD's guidance: inspect them every couple of years and swap in new ones once the carbon has worn down to 3/16 of an inch. Waiting too long risks damage to the motor's commutator, which turns an inexpensive brush change into a full motor replacement.
