Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This carbon motor brush, SKU 213PX, is the replacement brush for Lamb Ametek central vacuum motor models 117502, 117512, and 117572. When a central vacuum power unit starts running intermittently or shutting off during use, worn motor brushes are a frequent cause — installing new carbon brushes restores proper electrical contact inside the motor and can add years of service life.

MD's maintenance guidance is simple: check brush wear every couple of years, and once a brush has worn down to 3/16 inch, replace it.
