This OEM replacement bottom plate restores the factory seal on your Carpet Pro CPU250, Carpet Pro CPU350, and other similar models. The bottom plate creates the enclosed airflow channel at the cleaning head that makes your vacuum's suction effective at floor level.
The bottom plate creates the enclosed airflow channel at the nozzle where suction is concentrated for effective cleaning. A cracked or warped bottom plate allows air to leak into this chamber from the sides, reducing the concentrated suction needed to lift dirt from carpet fibers.
