Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the complete brush roll assembly for the Castex Viper V-HDU-14 commercial upright vacuum (Part #604803). It ships as a full assembly with the end caps and bearing already fitted, so you replace the entire spinning agitator as one unit instead of sourcing individual wear parts.

The brush roll is the heart of the V-HDU-14 cleaning head: its bristle rows beat and groom carpet fibers to release embedded grit and debris into the airflow. On commercial machines that run daily, bristles wear flat, bearings seize, and end caps crack, all of which kill sweeping performance and can damage the belt.
