Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Response II CT25 QuietDrive brush head, sold without wands (SKU 489) — the replacement for the CT23, designed for every carpet type and especially the new generation of high-density soft carpet where standard power heads bog down. If pushing your vacuum across plush carpet feels like dragging a suction cup, this is the head built to fix it.

Important compatibility note: the CT25 neck takes a proprietary wand, so confirm what you own before ordering:

  • Response CT10 owners: your existing wands fit the CT25, making this head-only listing the right buy.
  • Without a compatible wand, choose the CT25 with wands version instead (SKU 489TI).

Pairs well with the Response CT10 for hard floors — the two heads together handle any surface a home can offer. Excellent on traditional carpet, purpose-built for ultra-soft carpet.
