Central Vac Wall Remote Keypad Replacement Module

This is the button assembly on its own, the working guts of a central vacuum wall control station, supplied without the faceplate or the back-box it normally sits inside. If the surrounding trim and mounting box on your wall station are still in good shape, replacing just this module is the more direct fix than tearing out the whole station.

The keypad carries the low-voltage signal from your wall press to the power unit's control circuit, telling the motor to start or stop. A worn or failed keypad typically shows up as a button that needs several presses to register, a station that no longer starts the unit at all, or a start signal that does not reliably shut off again.

Before ordering, check that the issue is really the keypad and not the low-voltage wire feeding it. If the wiring looks solid and the button still will not respond, the keypad itself is the more likely fault.
