Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

MD publishes this crevice tool at 13-1/2 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and 1-1/4 inches tall, which is exactly what a crevice tool needs to be: long enough to keep your hand back from the surface, thin enough to enter the gap. Part 405B is the black version in MD's line, which also runs 405 in white and 405A with the antimicrobial coating.

MD describes the job as putting suction into window tracks, cushion seams, baseboard edges, the gaps around appliances and other narrow openings, and builds the tool in sturdy plastic with an angled tip. There are no moving parts in it, which is part of why a crevice tool tends to outlast almost everything else in a household attachment set.
