Motor gasket with a protective metal ring (Part #GASCUT28R), the reinforced version of the GASCUT28 seal used at the upper motor position in central vacuum power units. The gasket seals the joint between the motor and the unit body so suction is not lost around the motor, while the added metal ring shields the seal from wear.
