Bissell's ICONpet name covers several distinct cordless lines rather than one machine, and part 1620774 is the single charger shared across that whole family. It plugs into the machine body or its stand, depending on which ICONpet variant you own, and rebuilds the pack between cleaning sessions.
Most of these adapters fail mechanically well before they fail electrically.
