SEBO Chassis, Complete, for the ELECTRONIC 370 — Light Gray

Every other component in an upright is positioned by the chassis, so when the frame distorts nothing bolted to it sits where the design intended. Part 2543HG is the complete light gray chassis for the SEBO ELECTRONIC 370, supplied built up rather than as a bare moulding.

The chassis carries the brushroll and its bearings, sets the belt line, and holds the fixing points that pull the outer covers and base panels together as one rigid unit. It is what keeps the roller parallel to the floor across its full width and what holds the head at a consistent ride height. Cracks usually begin at a mounting boss, often where a screw has been overtightened or the machine has been run hard into a doorframe, and they spread until the frame flexes under load. From there the vacuum runs noisier, the belt starts tracking off centre, and one end of the brush wears flat well before the other.

A genuine SEBO ELECTRONIC 370 chassis replacement is a rebuild rather than a straight swap. Move the internals across one at a time so each goes back in its original orientation and nothing is left over at the end. With the head stripped this far, the bearings, belt condition and cable routing are all worth inspecting, and the swivel neck cover 2602HG and pile adjustment wheel 2608HG are the neighbouring light gray parts most often found damaged by the same impact.
