The chassis is the frame everything else in the power head bolts to, and SEBO 3201GS is the HSB chassis in gray black for the DISCO floor polisher, specified for its Ice Blue, Fun and Onyx versions. The drive components and the castors all take their location from it, which is why it is the one part in the head where a small distortion has consequences everywhere else.
Impact damage matters more here than anywhere. Run a polisher into a door frame or a step edge hard enough and the frame can crack at a mounting or twist just enough to put the drive out of square. What follows is uneven contact between pad and floor, patchy results on a surface that used to come up evenly, and accelerated wear on the drive belt 3221 and the motor pulley 3222 because they are no longer running true to one another. A straight replacement chassis gives the head back the geometry it was built with. The internals transfer across from the old frame, so this is a rebuild rather than a straight exchange: the motor 3252ER, the centre castor 3220ER, the rear castor 3254GS and the belt drive cover 3202GS all carry their own part numbers and move across from the damaged frame onto the new one. Renew the belt and inspect the sealing strip 3268ER while everything is apart.
