This is the bottom motor seal for the Clean Obsessed CO711 canister vacuum. It sits beneath the motor and forms an airtight barrier between the motor housing and the canister body, directing all incoming airflow through the motor so the vacuum develops full suction.
A worn, flattened, or torn bottom seal lets air bypass the motor, which weakens suction, raises the running noise, and can let fine dust escape into the motor compartment. Replacing the seal during routine motor service restores the factory seal and cleaning performance.
