Outer cloth bag for Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights, part 534161, with both a dump bottom and a zipper. The dump opening lets you empty it straight into a bin without unhooking anything; the zipper gives full access when a paper inner bag needs changing or the cloth needs a shake-out.
Outer bags wear out quietly. The fabric pores clog with fine dust and start choking airflow, the zipper teeth part under a full load, and seams open at the corners — all of which show up as weak suction that a new inner bag does not fix.
