Part 805884 is the component kit for the Hayden Super Hose III. It is sold as the set of replacement components for that hose rather than as a complete new hose, which is how central vacuum hoses are normally kept in service: the tube outlasts the fittings on either end of it.
Hoses fail at the ends first. The cuff works loose where it is crimped, the handle end develops play, and air starts entering at the joint instead of at the nozzle. What you notice is a hose that has gone weak while the power unit still sounds strong, sometimes with a faint whistle you can trace by running a hand along the fitting.
Match the kit to the hose before ordering. It is specified for the Hayden Super Hose III, and central vacuum hose components are not interchangeable across ranges; a fitting that is close but not correct leaks in exactly the way you are trying to cure.
